I had an 11am appointment and only got into the barber's chair at 11:20. The barber was extremely slow and seemed unprofessional. It took him 40 min for a very basic haircut, which ended up looking very cheap. He also hit my scalp with the razor machine quite often, so my scalp was very irritated afterwards. And to make things even worse - they don't accept credit cards, so I had to go all the way down the street to a bank to get some cash.
Pretty much the worst experience I ever had in a barber shop.
