I cannot give it ONE star. The workers were not even there to check me in. A person who was staying at the motel stared at me for several minutes, then informed me that "they stepped out for a minute and will be right back" and then he made a few calls. When they did show up, they looked like they were just regular people, living at the motel and helping the owner out (I hope). Pizza boxes and beer cans were in the "first" room they gave me the key to. The "third" room was "just cleaned" (like all the others) but I was so tired I took it. As part of Magnuson, I thought it would be great. I could not even stay the night for fear of my life. People were watching me when I arrived, as I unloaded my vehicle, as I entered my room... I eventually just left... didn't even stay the night.

I visited earler this motel but it was not good exp.

I spent the night here in early June where I reserved a motel room as depicted by the photos. I knew what to expect and upon my arrival, I wasn't disappointed. I notified the owner (unknown name) that I'd be arriving late and when I arrived there around 11 pm, I was so glad the owner puts the key right out on the office's front door. I was able to get in for the night. I honestly realized that I did enjoy my stay even though the furniture did date back to the 1970s. It was a nice "flashback" and seeing what I saw nearly 40 years ago. I literally enjoyed the stay. It was so quiet at night and loved the extra soft light out the porch-it was so pleasant as I gazed upon the night sky. Now that I flew to Massachusetts for a job interview in North Adams, I end up getting a job in Providence, RI. I love snow skiing so I will definitely stay at this motel again where I can enjoy reminiscing the 1970s atmosphere and the pleasant dimly lighted porch out of the door.

This is one of the best local places we have ever stayed. The new owners have only been here 6 months and they are improving the property. I see them out here everyday working. Please give them a chance. I am a fanatic on letting people know if a place is worth staying at. Friendly people and comfortable place. If I could give them more stars I would.

It's an ok place.. Cheap, cozy and warm.

Its OK Motel. Just got to know that its new owner and they are really caring about Guests ....

Its low cost for sure.. !
