River Bend Farm in Williamstown, Ma is unique historic inn that is on the Historic Register and the previous home of Benjamin Simonds founder of Williamstown, Ma. The Inn dates back to 18th c and is located near Williams College in the Berkshires a beautiful, "must see" for newcomers to Massachusetts. The Berkshires are located in the far Western region of Mass, which borders NY, CT and VT. It's a great way to step back in time and be exposed to some beautiful rolling hills that never disappoint. The hosts Dave & Judy Loomis are down to earth, super friendly, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We have stayed numerous times and love each visit. It's always relaxing yet a rich area where one cannot get bored.
